We all love our air fryers, and this magazine is here to help it work for you over the busy holiday season. Nobody would claim you can cook a whole Christmas lunch in an air fryer, but you can still use it in so many ways.

Then you can bake them speedily in the air fryer as needed when friends and family arrive. And yes, you can feel a little smug at this point - no slaving around a hot oven in your party clothes on New Year's Eve.
